The Lean IN-terns program connects computer science and engineering interns and students in the San Francisco Bay Area and provides them peer mentorship and support. Over the summer, we’ll host two high-profile events at LinkedIn and Facebook and introduce you to Lean In Circles — where you’ll learn to ask for more, step outside your comfort zones, and lean in.
As a part of the Lean In Computer Science and Engineering (CS&E) Chapter, Lean IN-terns is focused on helping interns expand their professional networks and build skills such as negotiation and communication. LeanIn.Org launched the Chapter – and this program – in partnership with Facebook, LinkedIn, and the Anita Borg Institute.
